This anime was created by madhouse and is a great anime for those who believe in the afterlife and the supernatural the anime is about a bar people who die instantly go to it is called quin decim in this bar, the people who died "that usually appear in pairs" are persuaded to play a game in which their life is placed on the line as their bargaining chip also, the dead pair are hosted by a bartender known as decim which is ironic cause the bar is quin decim also, decim is the arbitrator who after the pair play the game decides who will go to heaven or hell a.k.a the void anyways, the real reason why the pair play the game is because they do not know they are already dead and cause it helps them regain their memories as a result of their instanteanous shock during the accident it also helps decim effectively decide who would go to heaven or the void
